Project Description
The Prins Hendrikkade Hotel is a Short stay Suite hotel. Located down the street from Amsterdam's Central Station, right in the Heart of the city center.

The inner city of Amsterdam has been solid when it comes to real-estate for hundreds of years and there are no indications that this will change in the near future. City counsel adopted a bylaw some years ago, freezing all hotel permits in the city’s inner district to preserve the rich heritage of Amsterdam. It is also not possible to join existing buildings together. Partly because of this and the ever increasing demand, the small boutique hotels and short stay apartments are flourishing with very low vacancy and great nightly rates.
The three buildings in question, used to function as a bank and were joined together more than 100 years ago. This is what is unique about this project, as only because of this the approval was granted to operate these buildings as one hotel. The total cost of the project will be 5 million euros and as per the attached revenue/expense report the net profit is estimated at ± 1 million annually, making this project a very profitable and lucrative investment.
